This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the service and the platform is revoked in such jurisdictions.
Use of the platform is prohibited for children under the age of 13. For children under the age of 18 and over the age of 13, it is the responsibility of parents and legal guardians to determine whether use of the platform or any of the content and functionality available on the platform is appropriate for their child or minor in custody.
The platform may only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules, and regulations.
By registering and using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into this agreement and to fully perform all of your obligations hereunder. You further represent and warrant that you are under no legal disability or contractual restriction that prevents you from entering into this agreement.
- USERS
2.1. Account
If you register on Dil Hai Pakistani, you will be required to choose a password, and you may be asked for additional information regarding your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Dil Hai Pakistani of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. You may never use another user’s account without prior authorization from Dil Hai Pakistani. Dil Hai Pakistani will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this agreement.
By providing Dil Hai Pakistani with your email address, you consent to our use of your email address to send you notices and communications about the platform. We may also use your e-mail address to send you notifications and other messages, such as changes to platform features, news, and special content. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out of receiving them by sending us your removal request through our contact information or by using the "unsubscribe" option in the emails. Opting out may prevent you from receiving emails about updates, news, or special content.
Users may share personal and commercial information through the platform with other users. Any information that users share through the platform is the sole responsibility of the users themselves. Users are free to share information, but are responsible for the use of such information, its publication and disclosure. Dil Hai Pakistani is not responsible for the information posted and shared through the platform. The information you provide and post through the platform may be visible to the general public.
Users may cancel their accounts at any time and for any reason through the account settings or by sending us their request through our contact information. Such cancellation will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all personal data provided to Dil Hai Pakistani.
Dil Hai Pakistani reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice, and without liability to you, if Dil Hai Pakistani believes that you have violated any of these terms or have provided Dil Hai Pakistani with false or misleading information.
2.2. Account Verification
Users wishing to verify their Dil Hai Pakistani account must purchase an annual subscription at a cost of $19.99. This procedure includes a series of steps designed to validate the user's identity, which are critical to maintaining a secure and reliable environment on the platform.
For the verification process, the user must upload a clear and legible copy of a valid identification document (such as ID card, passport, or driver's license). After the document is uploaded, a scheduled video call will take place for final verification of the document and the user's identity.
Once this process is completed and the verification is approved, the user's account status will be updated to "Verified".
2.3. No Refunds
Once an account has been verified and approved, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
- SHOP
3.1. Description of the Shops Service
The platform allows users to create and manage online stores to sell retail or wholesale products.
3.2. Registration and Documentation
To create a store, the user must complete a registration form and provide the required documents such as ID card, image of the store owner, tax ID or passport, and company documents.
3.3. Types of Stores
There are two types of stores: retail and wholesale. The user must specify the type of store during the registration process.
3.4. Product and Price Management
Sellers are free to activate or deactivate products in their store and to change the price of products at their sole discretion. However, such changes will not affect transactions already completed or in progress.
3.5. Prohibited Products
The following types of products are not allowed to be sold in the stores:
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
- Stolen products.
- Counterfeit or pirated products.
- Articles that promote hatred, violence, or discrimination.
- Live animals.
- Any other products that are illegal under applicable laws and regulations.
Failure to comply with this rule may lead to immediate deletion of the store and/or the user's account.
3.6. Shipping and Returns Policies
Sellers are entirely responsible for establishing and communicating their own shipping and return policies. These policies must be clearly detailed in the store or product information and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Dil Hai Pakistani assumes no responsibility for Sellers' shipping and return policies, nor for compliance with such policies.
3.7. Monthly Subscription
The publication and operation of a store on Dil Hai Pakistani is subject to the payment of a monthly subscription. Details about the costs and benefits of the subscription will be clearly communicated on our platform. Subscriptions are set to renew automatically and will generate recurring billing payments and automatic collection through the payment method provided.
Subscriptions will automatically renew for an additional period unless cancelled prior to the next billing period. Users can cancel subscriptions through the account settings in the billing section or can submit a cancellation request through our contact information and the subscription will be cancelled for the next billing period. If a subscription is cancelled, the user may continue to use the subscription until the next billing period, at which time the subscription will be cancelled and the user's store along with the published products will no longer be published.
3.8. Sales Commission
A commission will be charged for each sale made through the store on the platform. The commission percentage will be specified on the platform and is subject to change.
3.9. Payment of Profits
Profits earned on sales made through the store will be paid monthly, less the platform commission, through the payment processor Stripe. Stripe may also charge an additional fee for the transfer of funds.
3.10. Purchases in the Shops
The users of the platform will be able to purchase products through the stores created by the sellers and in the Dil Hai Pakistani store. Each store is responsible for the quality, delivery and warranty of the products sold.
By placing an order, you offer to purchase the products for the price advertised and indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Please check product specifications and variants before placing your order.
When a customer places an order, Dil Hai Pakistani will send that customer an email which aims to confirm the purchase and payment. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of his purchase and the details of the order.
3.11. Limitation of Liability
The platform is not responsible for the products sold, nor for the quality or accuracy of the stores. Users must exercise their own judgment before making a purchase.
- CLASSIFIED ADS
4.1. Description of the Service
Dil Hai Pakistani provides a platform for users to post classified ads for goods, products, or services.
4.2. Content of classified ads
Users are responsible for the content they post in their classified ads, including the truthfulness and legality of the content.
4.3. Posting Restrictions and Prohibited Content
Classified ads that contain material that is defamatory, obscene, violent, or violates any applicable law are not allowed. Likewise, ads that promote the sale or distribution of illegal products, over-the-counter drugs, weapons, pornography, hate speech, or any other activity that is considered unlawful or inappropriate are not permitted.
4.4. Removal of Advertisements
Dil Hai Pakistani reserves the right to remove any classified ad that does not comply with these Terms without prior notice.
4.5. Purchase of Classified Ad Posting Packages
Users may purchase classified ad posting packages, which will vary in price according to the length of time the classified ad will be posted on the Website. By selecting a package and making the corresponding payment, the user agrees that his/her classified ad will be published for the period of time specified in such package.
4.6. No Refunds
Once a classified ad has been posted on the website, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
4.7. Limitation of Liability
Dil Hai Pakistani shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the classified ad posting functionality. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of the classified ads posted.
- JOBS
5.1. Description of the Service
Dil Hai Pakistani's jobs section provides a space where companies can post their job vacancies free of charge and candidates can apply for these vacancies.
5.2. Use of the Service by Companies
Companies posting vacancies are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of the job vacancies they post. Dil Hai Pakistani does not conduct reviews or verifications of posted vacancies and is not responsible for them in any way.
5.3. Candidates' Use of the Service
Candidates are responsible for the information they provide when applying for employment, including their resume. By submitting their application, candidates consent to the information provided being shared with the company that posted the vacancy.
5.4. Limitation of Liability
Dil Hai Pakistani is not responsible for the accuracy, legality or suitability of the jobs posted or the applications submitted. Users use this section at their own risk and Dil Hai Pakistani does not guarantee the employment or recruitment of candidates.
5.5. Uploading Resumes
By uploading a resume to the platform, the candidate agrees that such information will be shared with the companies posting the vacancies to which the candidate applies. Dil Hai Pakistani is not responsible for the use that companies make of the resumes received.
5.6. User Conduct
All users, whether companies or candidates, must act in an ethical and lawful manner when using this section of the platform. Any inappropriate conduct may result in the deletion of the user's account.
- EVENTS
6.1. Free Events
To create a free event, the user must:
- Upload a legible copy of his/her ID or passport.
- Upload a current image of the organizer.
- Provide the relevant company documents in case the event is organized by a business entity.
6.2. Paid Events
To create a paid event, the user must:
- Register an account with Stripe to manage payments.
- Upload a legible copy of their ID card or passport.
- Upload a current image of the organizer.
- Provide their Tax Identification Number if the event has been created by a company or an individual.
- Provide the relevant company documents.
6.3. Purchase of Tickets
Users can purchase tickets for events through our website. The purchaser must be present at the event with a copy of his/her ID for identity verification.
6.4. Fees
Dil Hai Pakistani may be levied convenience or service fee. Please check your total amount before payment.
6.5. Purchase Confirmation
Once the purchase has been made, the user will receive confirmation by email, or any other means of communication enabled by the platform.
6.6. Revenue Distribution
The Website will pay the creator of the event the total of the tickets sold minus the platform's commission within 5 working days after the end of the event through Stripe.
6.7. Commissions
The commissions charged by Dil Hai Pakistani will be detailed on the event creation page or elsewhere within the platform. Dil Hai Pakistani charges a commission which is deducted from the events collected at the end of the event. In addition, the Stripe payment platform may also charge a fee for the transfer of funds.
6.8. Refund Policy
Tickets purchased cannot be modified or canceled. No refunds will be given under any circumstances once the event has ended. If an event is canceled or postponed, Dil Hai Pakistani will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the fees associated with the purchased ticket.
6.9. Events Organizers and Venues Rules
Event Organizers and venues have their own rules and regulations. They hold the right to deny late entry to the event. Therefore, we recommend arriving at the venue an hour or more before the event starts.
6.10. Prohibited Events
It is not permitted to use Dil Hai Pakistani to create, promote, sell tickets, or participate in any way in events that:
- Promote or incite hatred, violence, racism, xenophobia, discrimination, or exploitation of vulnerable groups.
- Are illegal or designed to commit illegal activity.
- Include sexually explicit content or pornography.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- Encourage harassment or defamation of individuals or groups.
- Involve high-risk activities, without proper security measures and authorizations.
- Are fraudulent in nature or involve the sale of false or misleading goods or services.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.
- Are promoted for political propaganda purposes without proper authorization.
We reserve the right to cancel any event that, in our sole judgment, violates these Terms and Conditions and to take appropriate legal action against the organizers or participants of such an event.
6.11. Reporting Prohibited Events
If any user becomes aware of an event that violates these terms, the user may report it to Dil Hai Pakistani through the reporting option available on the platform. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include cancellation of the event and/or deletion of the organizer's account.
- SOCIAL
7.1. Use of the Service
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this social network. By creating an account, you affirm that you are old enough to understand and agree to these terms.
Access: We grant you limited, non-exclusive, revocable access to use our service under these Terms and Conditions.
User Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Content: You may post text, images, videos, and other types of content. The content you post will be referred to hereinafter as "Your Content".
7.2. User Content
Liability: Dil Hai Pakistani is not responsible for Your Content or the consequences of sharing or posting Your Content.
Content Rights: You retain ownership rights in Your Content, but you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, modify and distribute Your Content on our service.
Removal of Content: We reserve the right to remove or modify Your Content for any reason without notice.
7.3. Prohibited Content
Definition: It is strictly prohibited to post, share or transmit any content that:
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activities.
- Contains hate speech, discrimination, harassment or violence against individuals or groups based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability or disease.
- Infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights or third-party rights.
- Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material.
- Promotes violence or acts of terrorism.
- Is intended to deceive or defraud any user.
- Contains malicious software or viruses that may damage or interfere with the service or any user's access to the service.
Consequences: Violation of this Prohibited Content clause will result in one or more of the following actions being taken at Dil Hai Pakistani's discretion:
- Immediate removal of the offending content.
- Suspension or termination of your account.
- Legal action against the user who has violated this clause, including but not limited to civil lawsuits or complaints to the appropriate authorities.
Reporting Prohibited Content: If you find content that you believe violates this policy, you can report it through the reporting option available on the platform.
Disclaimer: While Dil Hai Pakistani reserves the right to remove content and take legal action, we do not assume responsibility for actively monitoring content posted by users. We do not guarantee the removal of all prohibited or inappropriate content.
7.4. Features and Services
Like/Dislike: Users can express their opinion about Your Content through features such as "Like" and "Dislike".
Sharing: You may share content on other social media platforms, but Dil Hai Pakistani is not responsible for how Your Content is used once it is shared outside of our platform.
Groups: Users can create and join groups. Dil Hai Pakistani is not responsible for the activities or content shared within these groups.
- MATRIMONIAL
8.1. Description of the Service
This section allows users to create and publish matrimonial profiles that include personal information and photographs. Other users or interested parties may contact users who post profiles through their email or phone number.
8.2. Use of the Service
Users who create and post matrimonial profiles are solely responsible for the information and photos they post. Dil Hai Pakistani does not verify the accuracy or veracity of the profiles and is not responsible for them in any way.
8.3. Personal Information and Privacy
By creating a matrimonial profile, users agree that their personal information and photographs may be viewed by the public. Dil Hai Pakistani is not responsible for the use of this information by third parties.
8.4. Limitation of Liability
Dil Hai Pakistani is not responsible for any face-to-face encounters between users as a result of contact on a matrimonial profile posted on the platform. Users assume all risk and liability in connection with such encounters.
8.5. User Conduct
All users are expected to act in a respectful and ethical manner. Any inappropriate conduct may result in the deletion of the user's profile and/or account.
- CROWDFUNDING
9.1. Description of the Service
The crowdfunding section allows users to create campaigns to raise funds for a specific cause for a specific period of time.
9.2. Fees and Payments
Dil Hai Pakistani charges a commission which is deducted from the funds collected at the end of the campaign. In addition, the Stripe payment platform may also charge a fee for the transfer of funds. The funds collected, minus commissions, will be transferred to the campaign creator within 5 working days after the end of the campaign through Stripe.
9.3. No Refunds
There will be no refunds under any circumstances once the donation campaign has ended.
9.4. Responsibilities of the Campaign Creator
The campaign creator is solely responsible for the management, use and distribution of the funds raised. Dil Hai Pakistani is not responsible for the veracity, legality or use of the funds.
9.5. Prohibited Content
It is not permitted to create donation campaigns that involve:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Discrimination or hate speech.
- Violence or harassment.
- Sale of regulated or prohibited products or services.
Failure to comply with this clause may result in immediate deletion of the campaign and/or the user's account.
9.6. Limitation of Liability
Dil Hai Pakistani does not guarantee the success of any donation campaign and is not responsible for the campaign creator's use of funds raised.
9.7. User Conduct
All users are expected to act in an ethical and lawful manner when using this section of the platform. Any inappropriate conduct may result in the deletion of the campaign and/or the user's account.
- POLLING
10.1. Description of the Polling Service
This section allows Dil Hai Pakistani and select users to publish polls for a certain period of time. Users of the platform may participate and respond to these surveys in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
10.2. Posting of Polls
Only Dil Hai Pakistani and certain select users, who have received specific permission, have the right to post polls. Polls will be available for response for a specified period of time which will be clearly indicated.
10.3. Participation in Polls
All registered users of Dil Hai Pakistani may participate in polls. However, each user may only respond once to each poll.
10.4. Use of Data
Dil Hai Pakistani reserves the right to use the data collected in the polls for internal analysis purposes, improvements in the services offered or any other purpose that is in accordance with our privacy policy.
10.5. Responsibilities and Limitations
While we strive to ensure that polls are formulated in a clear and unambiguous manner, Dil Hai Pakistani is not responsible for misunderstandings or misinterpretations by users.
- VOLUNTEERS
11.1. Volunteer profiles
The "Volunteers" section aims to connect users with volunteer profiles to facilitate collaboration in different activities or causes. Through the platform, users can access the contact details of registered volunteers.
11.2. Volunteer Freedom
Volunteers have complete freedom to choose the activities and volunteer hours. Likewise, they are free to accept or reject any proposed activity at their own discretion and convenience. Dil Hai Pakistani does not exert any influence or pressure on the decisions of the volunteers in relation to the proposals received.
11.3. Responsible Use
The user agrees to use the volunteers' contact information responsibly and exclusively for the purposes related to the volunteer activity or cause in question. The use of such information for commercial, promotional or any other non-volunteer related purpose is strictly prohibited.
11.4. Privacy of Information
Volunteers provide their data at their own risk and expressly consent to the information being posted on the profiles so that it may be viewed by users seeking collaborators for volunteer activities.
11.5. Limitation of Liability
Dil Hai Pakistani acts only as an intermediary between volunteers and users interested in finding volunteers. We assume no liability whatsoever arising from the relationship or activity established between the parties.
11.6. Appropriate Conduct
Users and volunteers must maintain respectful and professional conduct when interacting through the platform or as a result of the connection established in it. Any type of harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behavior will be grounds for suspension or removal of the offender's profile.
- ADVERTISING SERVICE
This service allows users ("Advertisers") to purchase advertising space in the form of banners for the promotion of products, services, or content within the Platform.
Advertisers may select the type, placement, and duration of advertising space according to the options available on the Platform. The purchase will be considered effective once payment has been made and confirmation has been received from Dil Hai Pakistani.
Rates will be as specified on the platform at the time of purchase. All payments must be made through the payment methods accepted by the platform. Please note that advertising services are final and non-refundable.
Advertisers are entirely responsible for the content of advertisements and must ensure that they comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Dil Hai Pakistani reserves the right to reject, remove or modify any advertising content that it deems inappropriate or in violation of the platform's policies or applicable laws.
Dil Hai Pakistani does not guarantee the performance, effectiveness or return on investment of advertisements posted. Advertisers assume all risks associated with their advertising content.
Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold Dil Hai Pakistani harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) related to the advertising content provided by Advertiser.
Dil Hai Pakistani reserves the right to modify the terms of the advertising service, including availability of placements, formats, and rates.
- GENERAL DISCLAIMER
Content, products, events, donation campaigns, matrimonial profiles, jobs, and any content posted and offered by users ("user content") through the platform are not offered or provided by Dil Hai Pakistani. Dil Hai Pakistani's services are limited to providing the platform for offering and posting such user content and facilitating transactions or interactions between users. Dil Hai Pakistani is at no time responsible for the user content offered and posted by users on the platform. Dil Hai Pakistani is not responsible for the accuracy, safety or legality of the user content offered by users on the platform.
Disputes arising between users in relation to transactions or interactions made between users through the sections available on the platform shall be resolved by the users themselves. Dil Hai Pakistani does not accept any claims in relation to the transactions or interactions made by the users through the sections available on the platform.
Dil Hai Pakistani is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the physical or moral integrity of persons, such as injury, death, or any other moral damage such as threats, insults and slander that may fall on a natural person, as a result of the communications established on the platform. Communications and relationships established between users as a result of any connection within the platform are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the users.
In the event that one or more users or a third party initiate any type of claim or legal action against one or more other users, each and every user involved in such claims or actions exempts Dil Hai Pakistani from any liability.
- RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER
In the volunteer, classified ads, jobs and matrimonial sections of the platform, users have the option to post contact information, such as emails and phone numbers. It is important to note that this data will be accessible to the general public visiting or using the platform.
Dil Hai Pakistani assumes no responsibility for the use or misuse of this personal data by other users or third parties. The decision to publish such information is an individual choice of each user, and the use or misuse of this data is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the users who choose to use such information.
By making use of the platform, you acknowledge and agree that any interaction with other users involving the use of contact information posted in these sections is at your own risk and discretion.
- COMMUNITY AREAS
The platform may contain chat areas and/or other messaging or communication services ("Community Areas") that allow communication between users. The user may only use such Community Areas to send and receive messages and material that are relevant and specific to the relevant services. The user may NOT use the platform (including, but not limited to, the Community Areas) to do any of the following:
- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as, but not limited to, rights of privacy and publicity) of others, including Salon staff.
- Publish, post, submit, upload, distribute or disseminate any profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene or unlawful topic, name, material or information, or any material, information or content involving the sale of counterfeit or stolen goods.
- Upload files that contain software or other material that violates the intellectual property rights (or rights of privacy or publicity) of any third party.
- Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted files or any other similar software that may damage the operation of another person's computer or device.
- Post or upload any content for the use of which you have not obtained the necessary rights or permissions.
- Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for commercial purposes through the platform that are not relevant to the services or lessons offered by the Providers.
- Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
- Impersonate another person or a user or allow any other person or entity to use your identification to post or view comments or otherwise use your account.
- Repeatedly posting the same message. Spamming is strictly prohibited.
- Restrict or prevent any other user from using and enjoying the Community Areas.
- Imply or assert that any statement you make is endorsed by Salon, without Salon's prior written consent.
- Upload content that is offensive and/or harmful, including, but not limited to, content that advocates, supports, condones or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any individual or group of individuals.
- Upload content that provides materials or access to materials that exploit persons under the age of 18 in an abusive, violent or sexual manner.
- Use the platform to solicit any other business, platform, or service, or otherwise contact Users for the purpose of employment, recruitment or any other purpose unrelated to the use of the platform.
- Use the platform to collect usernames and/or email addresses of users.
You understand that all postings made to the Community Areas will be public and that you will be publicly identified by your name or login ID when communicating in the Community Areas, and Salon will not be liable for the action of any user with respect to any information or material posted in the Community Areas.
- REPORTING OPTION
If any user believes that any content, posting or behavior of another user on Dil Hai Pakistani is in violation of these terms and conditions, the user may report it through the mechanisms available for this purpose on the platform.
Upon receipt of the report, Dil Hai Pakistani undertakes to conduct an appropriate investigation to determine the veracity of the allegation. If after investigation it is determined that the reported content, posting or user behavior does indeed violate our terms and conditions, Dil Hai Pakistani reserves the right to remove the content in question or terminate the offending user's account.
The decision on content removal or account termination will be made unilaterally by Dil Hai Pakistani and will be communicated to the offending user, without entitling the offending user to any indemnification or compensation.
- ADVERTISING
Through the platform, Dil Hai Pakistani may make available to users, commercial and advertising information, own or third parties in accordance with good business practices. - CHANGES

- TERMINATION
